Why corrections matter
Security, privacy, proxy, VPN, and AI-tool information can change. Provider plans change, browser behavior changes, standards evolve, and app tests may need to be updated.
Aerod should make corrections visible and practical rather than burying them.
What may be corrected
Corrections may include:
- Incorrect technical explanations.
- Outdated provider details.
- Broken or misdirected affiliate links.
- Incorrect screenshots or tables.
- Changed browser behavior.
- Missing disclosure language.
- Metadata errors such as publish dates, updated dates, or authorship.
Correction process
When a correction is needed, Aerod should update the page and adjust the updated date. Material changes should be noted in the page body, changelog, or internal editorial notes depending on the importance of the change.
Reporting an issue
Correction requests can be sent to policies@aerod.net. Include the page URL, the issue, and any source or reproduction details that help verify the correction.
